Looking for a cool, crisp, refreshing cocktail that includes some celebratory bubbles? Consider a Blueberry Fizz.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Oz. Blueberry Vodka
Agave Syrup
2 1/2 Oz. Hard Seltzer Water
6-10 Large Whole Blueberries
Mint Leaves
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, blueberry vodka, and hard seltzer water. Shake well. Pour into a tall glass. Drop blueberries into the drink and top with a swirl of agave syrup. Sip it through a paper straw.
